This competency-based and standards-aligned course is the second part of the third level in a series of six learner-centered courses designed to develop Low-Intermediate B (Level 3B) communicative competence and build skills in:

Instruction, tasks, and projects in this course are designed to help adult English learners develop essential language skills and content knowledge related to their civic, educational, and career advancement goals, and to support their successful transition to High-Intermediate A (Level 4A) ESL or Integrated Education and Career Training classes.
